I ordered a dress in the info they wrote a shirt and a trouser is included, not paired with but included was written, when i received parcel only shirt was there when i contacted them they did not reply, worst customer service, irresponsible attitude, shame on them

I always order from Uk online sana safinaz website never had had a problem they always send me the clothes within 2 weeks and also call me to ask me if I am happy with my purchase I have recommended them to everyone and will always shop thank you

I ordered few shirts from Sana Safinaz recently to US.I was surprisesd how quick the shipping was. They provided a tracking number and everything I ordered was in perfect condition. I wonder ehy people are complaining about bad service and bad quality. If you haven't been to Pakistan in a while you have no idea what's in fashion. The people complaining should make their purchases from the cheap looking Indian Boutiques in US and Canada if they are looking for 80's look. This is a good Pakistani brand and I loved my order.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. If you have a watsapp service or fb messenger service then either let the customer know you ll be in waiting or respond to them like other companies like Ikea do. With such a huge business I'm sure you can afford better service. Its atrocious at the moment. Took me 48 hours or so to place an order

Dodgy company bad customer service not dispatching my order. Do not buy any thing from Pakistan there business model is not customer oriented.

Stay away from this fraudlent company. They took my money and refusing to refund it as the item is out of stock, offering me a credit note instead.
Cannot believe they can run buisness like this.
I hope they get it back as they are slowly ruining their buisness.

DO NOT ORDER from this website! I ordered a large shipment of clothing, and the items I received were not the quality I was expecting. Poor garment quality, the fit was wrong. And when I contacted the SANA SAFINAZ Customer Support for help, they were really unhelpful, awful customer service, it was not stated anywhere when I placed the order that I could not return an item, which is wrong, absolutely shocked at this company, SANA SAFINAZ, really outrageous poor behavior. I will never order again from here and would advise others to seriously avoid due to the problems, I have encountered.

Ordered a suit n mistakenly got a defected dupatta, talked to customer representative and issue was resolved in just 2 days as they sent me the new dupatta, great customer service

Very disappointed with sana safinaz. I ordered winter collection online, they charged my card the very next day, and haven’t delivered my dresses yet. Its been more than a month that ive been chasing them, but no point. Please dont order through their website. They are all scammers. When they see international customers, they fool them. Charge the debit card and don’t deliver the package. Highly disappointed with sana safinaz

Sana Safinaz is my go to brand. I find every occasion outfits at SS whether it's a wedding function, Eid or even for office/daily wear.

I recently ordered from their latest Mahay collection which is the most affordable collection with amazing & colorful prints.

I ordered their latest Mahay Winter collection and was pretty impressed by the quality they are providing in PKR 3,999. Must say great value for money.
Besides, their staff was very cooperative in modifying my address. I have two addresses and due to some issues i had to move to the other address so i emailed them to update my address and they were kind enough to make the changes timely.

Such a cooperative customer support. I had some issues while making payment through my card, they guided me so well and frequently solve my issue. Always happy with their service and quality of products.
