I like the designs overall, they’re nice to look at and there’s definitely some cool stuff going on. It just feels a bit crowded in places, like my eyes don’t totally know where to go first. Still looks okay though, and I can see the appeal.

The clothes do look good at first, but i got annoyed fast once I actually checked them out. For the price, I expected way better. The fabric is just okay, and the stitching isn’t anything special. I don’t really have the patience to spend this much and still feel like I’m settling.

They do have some nice stuff, but the prices just felt too high for what it was. When I questioned it, I kind of got that feeling like they were making it my problem instead of actually helping or explaining anything. Not a terrible experience, just not one that felt very fair to me.

I ordered from sanasafinaz.com the packaging was really disappointing. The box arrived crushed on one side, and the clothes were just folded inside a thin plastic bag with barely any protection. It didn’t feel like much care went into packing it at all.
For the price, I expected a lot better. One of the items even had dust marks, and the whole parcel looked like it was thrown together in a rush. When I reached out, support basically said something like they’d “look into it” and that packaging can get damaged during delivery, but that didn’t really help much. Overall, it was a stressful and disappointing experience.

"Tracking my order felt straightforward"
I ordered from Sana Safinaz, and in my experience, the tracking was actually really convenient. I got the order number right away, and the tracking link kept updating, so I wasn’t left wondering where my parcel had reached.
The delivery arrived around the time they had mentioned, which I appreciated. I personally liked seeing the status change at each stage, especially when it went out for delivery. Overall, it felt like a smooth and stress-free experience

I ordered from Sana Safinaz thinking it would show up in a few days, but the delivery took way longer than I expected. At first it seemed like everything was moving normally, then suddenly there were no clear updates, so I was just left guessing.
The tracking was the most frustrating part. One minute it looked like the parcel was on the way, then nothing changed for days. I had to contact support more than once, and while they did respond, I still didn’t really feel like I knew what was going on.
When the clothes finally arrived, they were fine, so that part was a relief. But the whole shipping experience gave such mixed signals that it made the order more stressful than it needed to be. I like the products, but I’m not sure I’d order online again anytime soon.

"Everything arrived just as I ordered"
I ordered from sanasafinaz.com, and based on how my order turned out, I’m satisfied. The size, color, and items were exactly what I selected on the website. I was a little worried there might be a missing piece or the wrong design, but everything matched properly. Delivery was also smooth. Since the order was accurate and hassle-free, I’d definitely consider shopping from them again...

The fabric felt nice, but after I washed it, some of the stitching started coming loose. Not sure if it was just this one or what, but that part was a bit disappointing.

"Issue Was Fixed, But Way Too Late"
They did eventually reply and sort out my complaint, but it took several days and I had to keep chasing them. The whole thing felt frustrating and preventable if they had communicated sooner. Not a great experience overall.

My order made it overseas in good shape, so I’m happy about that. It did take a bit longer than I expected, but support was responsive and basically said, “It’s still on the way, just delayed a little,” which turned out to be right. Overall, good experience, just had to be a little patient.

"Premium Brand with Shockingly Poor Service"
Very disappointing experience with Sana Safinaz. A brand that claims to be premium but delivers extremely poor customer service.
I received a defective / damaged outfit (Twice) , and since then I have been continuously asking for proper assistance and compensation. Instead of resolving the issue, their customer service keeps sending random contact numbers claiming they are the POC, but none of them actually address the complaint.
Despite repeated follow-ups, no responsible person has contacted me, and my financial loss has still not been addressed.
My concerns are very simple:
• A defective product was delivered.
• I suffered financial loss due to their negligence.
• Continuous delays and careless responses caused unnecessary stress.
• Extremely poor after-sales service with no proper accountability.
For such a big brand, this level of negligence and unprofessional behavior is shocking. Customers deserve respect and proper resolution, not excuses and ignored complaints.
Still waiting for Sana Safinaz to take responsibility and compensate for the loss caused by their mistake.

My first impression of ordering from sanasafinaz.com was good, but the return experience was just okay. I had to send one item back, and while the process did work in the end, it felt a little slow. I also had to follow up to get updates, which was a bit frustrating. The refund did come through eventually, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but I do think the return process could be smoother.

"Refund went through without any hassle"
I had to return an order from Sana Safinaz and I was a little nervous about how the refund would go. It took about a week after they received the parcel, so it wasn’t the fastest, but the money did come back to my card without any problems. Their support team also replied when I checked in, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a decent experience and I’d order from them again, just hoping the refund process is a bit quicker next time.

"Easy payment, just a little slower than expected"
I paid by card and everything went through without any trouble. The confirmation took a few minutes to show up, so I was a bit unsure at first, but the email came through shortly after. i was pleasantly surprised that it all worked smoothly in the end. Overall, a okay experience with no real issues.

I tried checking out a few times and the site kept freezing right at the worst moment. It’s frustrating when you’re ready to buy and can’t get through the process. I reached out to support too, but the replies felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t really address what was happening. Overall, the site just isn’t very easy to use.
